So let's make cup instant pizza!!!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of baking soda
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon marinara sauce or any sauce of your choice (don't put soya sauce..LOL!!)
- 1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 mini pepperoni
- ½ teaspoon basil or oregano will work
PROCEDURE
- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a microwavable mug.
- Add the milk and oil with mix together. Don't worry if any lumps are formed
- Spoon on the marinara sauce and spread it on the surface of the batter
- Garnish with the cheese, pepperoni and dried herbs
- Microwave for 1 minute or until it rises up and the topping is bubbling (timing may vary according to microwave).
- Enjoy straight away!
