Tomato Cream Pasta


All the pasta lovers...today I am going to post a make at home recipe for tomato cream pasta which you are totally going to love. So be ready to say goodbye to midnight cravings ;)

INGREDIENTS


  • 250 gms raw pasta
  • 2 onions medium in size
  • 4 tomatoes medium in size
  • 2 bell pepper of full size
  • Tomato ketchup, chilly sauce, Schezwan sauce 
  • 1tablespoon salt
  • 1/3 tablespoon black pepper(crushed)
  • 1/4 tablespoon Red pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoon cream
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Mayonnaise(If you like)
  • Basil or oregano and chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoon oil
PROCEDURE

*FOR GRAVY

1. Cut all the vegetables to a suitable size to fry.
2. Add oil to the frying pot and heat it.
3. Add vegetables and stir-fry. Add along salt, black pepper and red pepper.
4. Now add 3/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup chilly sauce and 3 tablespoon schezwan sauce.
5. Cook until the vegetables start turning soft.
6. Cool it down for some time and put the entire mixture in a mixer grinder.
7. Add milk and grind until the vegetables disappear and turn into gravy.
8. Add cream to mixture and grind it for last time.
9. Empty the contents of mixer back into frying pot.

*FOR PASTA

1. Take water in a boiling pot and bring it to boil.(turn off the gas after boiling the water)
2. Add 250 gms pasta along with 1/2 Tb salt and 1 Tb oil.
3. Cover it with lid for 5-7 minutes and drain the water as soon as the pasta turns soft.
  • Now add the pasta to gravy in the frying pot.
  • Keep stirring the mixture and add 2 Tb mayonnaise and half Tb chilly flakes.
  • Heat the mixture until it starts bubbling.
  • Now place the cooked pasta on a platter.
  • Garnish it with shredded mozzarella and oregano.
