INGREDIENTS
- One full cake of Chinese noodles
- 2 Tb rice bran oil
- Medium pieces of soybean curd(8-10)
- Vegetables raw and cut(carrot, capsicum, peas. cauliflower)
- 1 Tb brown sugar
- 2 Tb soya sauce
- 1 and a half cup water
PROCEDURE
- Boil water in a pan and noodles to it until they turn soft. Then drain the water and keep the noodles aside.
- In another pan, heat the oil and add pieces of soybean curd. Fry them until brown
- Now add vegetables and saute them.
- Next, add noodles, brown sugar and soy sauce. Keep stirring until all the ingredients are mixed properly.
YOUR VEGETARIAN NOODLES ARE READY!!
